The above photo is of my Great Grandfather Isaac Franklin WEBB family. This photo was taken in 1915 in Ada, Pontotoc County, OK. "Ike" was born in McMinn County, TN in 1869, son of James Pleasant WEBB and Margaret BURTON. Ike married Armer Lillie SMITH in 1892 in Paris, TX. Lillie was born in Brown County, TX in 1874, daughter of Giles Ira SMITH and Mary Jane WINNINGHAM. The WEBB family has roots in Eastern Tennessee, Monroe, McMinn and Polk Counties. The Smiths originally were from Fauquier County, VA and later moved to Union County, SC, Rhea County, TN and Barry County, MO. The Winninghams were from Overton County, TN.
